Why I do what I do...

Photographs have always been important to me but never so much as when I lost my sister in my early 30's. After that, photos were all I had of her. So now, a few years into my career, I encourage families to get in the frame. Moms, Dads, siblings, everyone. Cherish today. Mark time. Print it. Frame it. Create memories in the process. Remember who you are now. Capture the details of the ones you love.

Senior portraits are a special time of year for me because it gives me the opportunity to do that for about 180 girls. I get to mark time for them. Capture who they are right now. And when their Moms come to get in frame, it's all the better! I'm looking forward to the second half of the year and all the seniors and families it brings into my path!
