Mother's Day. A day to honor the Mom in your life. A Mom can be many things. She can be the person who brought you into the world, she could be the person who has cared for you since day 1, she can be a person who filled the Mom void because you lost your own Mom. Mother's come in all shapes and sizes. Mother's can sometimes hug the pain away and wipe the tears. She can be a person to lean on. She can make you laugh. She knows your buttons and how to push them. LOL! Mom's are complicated and they complete the fabric that wraps us in love. Sunday we will honor all kinds of Moms, all over the world, near and far. I'll be praying for my own Mom for many reasons and praying for my Mother in Law - we call her Mom in Love - as she is going through a tough time right now. I am thankful for all the Moms who have been and are in my life. They have shown me the way, cheered me on and filled my heart and life with love.
