That's it. Plain and simple. I feel that photos matter. They mark time and events. They catch a glimpse into a relationship. I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph a friendship the other day. These ladies have been friends for a long time and now their school days are coming to an end. They don't know what college they are attending but they know they will be in different cities. I like that they knew it was important to capture their friendship right now. Today. As they are. Young and with their whole lives ahead of them. However, this time is very important as well! They will have these photos for life. To look back on. To cherish. To help them remember the good times. To remind them that they have a friend who has their back. The photos will be worth more than a thousand words.
