In the realm of travel, your health is your true wealth! Your carry on should be more than just prescriptions and power cords; it's your first line of defense in the quest for a vibrant, illness-free journey.


Start by adding a few supplements tailored to your personal needs to keep you hydrated during your journey and beyond. This isn't your average bottle of water affair. Think broader. Include rehydration packets for those days under the sun or after adventurous, but perhaps slightly overindulgent nights. My favorite two supplements (I use one or the other) that I use EVERY DAY of vacation is Emergen-C packets or LMNT packets, which come in many flavors. I just put in my 32oz. water bottle and drink up! Don't let jet lag or unexpected stomach troubles derail your adventure – pack remedies that are tried and true for you. Tums always comes in clutch! And I also pack Dramamine in my carry on for any kind of motion sickness. These small additions to your packing list can have significant impacts on your well-being. Tailor your supplement selection to suit your body’s needs and the demands of your destination.


Next, hygiene heroes like hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes like Handi Wipes are non-negotiables. In a world where cleanliness is next to godliness, ensuring you have the means to keep germs at bay is crucial. Whether it’s wiping down tray tables on flights or freshening up after a day of exploration, these simple tools can be the barrier between you and unwanted travel bugs.


Lastly, don't underestimate the power of packing healthy snacks. Long flights, delays, and the unpredictability of travel schedules can leave you reaching for less-than-ideal food options.
